Founded by entomologist Dr Sarah Beynon and award-winning chef Andy Holcroft, Bug Farm Foods is the culmination of a shared passion for innovation, science, the environment and delicious food. Bug Farm Foods is located on The Bug Farm research centre and visitor attraction. All recipes have been developed, tried and tested by Andy in his restaurant Grub Kitchen - the UK's first full-time edible insect restaurant.
