Company Biography / Bywgraffiad Cwmni
Clynfyw Care Farm is a north Pembrokeshire Community Interest Company which supports disabled and vulnerable people. In 2020 we juiced over 7,200 bottles of apple juice for over 140 local people. This was a great increase on the years before. We loved it, and love drinking the juice as well as the smiley faces of the happy customers! We have 250 of our own trees, selling to local health food shops, post offices and village stores, while our community service means people are able to juice apples from their own trees and benefit from their own fruit. Much better this than rely on imported apples.
We also sell a small number of free range eggs (from chickens rescued and rehoused through the British Hen Welfare Trust) and vegetables grown on the farm. We have other plans for more products too including birch sap and syrup, but that's in years to come...
