Gut Instinct makes naturally fermented, unpasteurised sauerkraut in a range of vibrant flavours.
Our products and/or facilities are certified free from:

Celery (including celeriac)

Sesame
Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, where added and at a level above 10mg/kg in the finished product. This can be used as a preservative in dried fruit
