We are an independent bean to bar chocolate manufacturer that specialises in micro-batches of stone ground chocolate using, single origin, cacao beans. We believe in only using simple, recognisable ingredients in our chocolate, with our hands touching every part of the process; from roasting cacao beans, and grinding them into delicious chocolate, to stitching every bar into its paper envelope.
