The Monmouth Gin Company was set up in 2019 by Graham and Tracy McCarthy. They created their own gin recipe which gives their gin a distinctive citrus flavour and have included the gin in home made marmalade. They have also teamed up with a chocolatier from Abergavenny who includes it in a uniquely crafted set of chocolates. They currently sell to local delicatessens and pubs in and around Monmouth and also have an online presence which has seen sales going to numerous locations within the UK.
