We are a producer of premium, beef jerky, based in the heart of Mid Wales. All of our jerky is made with responsibly-sourced, PGI Welsh beef, and is marinated in our very own bespoke recipes for 24 hours. Each piece is then air-dried for up to 12 hours, and individually hand-cut to make sure each slice is perfect!
Our meaty snack is high in protein, and the ultimate healthy alternative to crisps and nuts.
