Black Welsh Lamb offers sustainably produced, rare breed organic lamb, hogget and mutton on a small upland farm in North Monmouthshire. We are PFLA pasture-fed accredited and place a strong emphasis on careful hanging and preparation.

Protected Geographical Identification (PGI)
