Developing and distilling premium spirits on the west coast of Wales, In the Welsh Wind Distillery Ltd is a forward looking distillery based just north of Cardigan/Aberteifi. Makers of bespoke spirits and pioneers of the first truly grain to glass 'Welsh origin' single malt Welsh whisky, we also offer gin making and gin tasting experiences to the public.
