We are a small organic farm in Monmouthshire, committed to farm not just for food but also for wildlife. We primarily produce Dexter beef, raised entirely on our organic pasture with no other inputs. All our beef is grown slowly and then dry-aged for both flavour and texture. Frozen beef is available throughout the year, or joint our mailing list to be notified for fresh beef and a whole or half carcass.
