Ty Caws is an independent cheese retailer; buying direct from British Cheese makers and farmers. We sell currently through weekly farmers markets, through our online shop and supply local independent food businesses.
We have also started to produce our own range of cheese at the Food Centre, Horeb - currently focusing on using local ewes milk from Pembrokeshire.
