The Wye Valley Meadery founded in 2018 is run by two brothers, Matt and Kit Newell. We are bee-keepers turned brewers with the goal of modernising the world's oldest alcoholic drink. Combining our love of nature with our interest in brewing, we employ modern beer brewing techniques to produce a light sparkling mead that is designed to be enjoyed in the same way as a beer, cider or sparkling wine. A refreshing alternative!
